This relaxing taster course will give you a basic introduction to aromatherapy where you’ll will find out about essential oils and carrier oils and how they are used. You will be able to make your own Nourishing facial scrub and Massage oil for aching joints, followed by learning other self-care.  There will be lots of opportunity to ask questions and plenty of time to have fun.
