This month we are exploring - Managing feelings of guilt 

Guilt is a common emotion that is felt by carers for various reasons. This workshop will look at what those common feelings are, and the negative thoughts associated with this. We will then look at ways to manage this emotion and create an action plan of what to do to practise these techniques.
