Goal Setting & Commitment
This month’s session is on Goal Setting & Commitment. Carers often tell us they have difficulty maintaining their commitment to a diet, exercise class, people. So, we thought is that due to juggling new initiatives and the caring role and this could lead to it turning out short lived? How about some help and ideas on how to manage commitments longer and successfully achieve some of your goals?
If you want to attend this workshop you will need to sign up by giving your name to Tony at least 48 hours prior to the session, carers will not be accepted onto this workshop without doing this and if there are not enough sign ups we will not be able to continue with the session.
How about committing to Being active as it is not only great for your physical health and fitness. Evidence also shows it can also improve your mental wellbeing.
