We are pleased to be funding this wonderful weekly event. So, come and have relaxing meditations and stress-reduction techniques in a friendly setting with plenty of tea and biscuits. A space for supportive conversation and sharing experience, simple guided meditations to unwind, stress-reducing tips to help you in your life.
