    This monthly Peer Support Group is for carers experiencing a wide range of bereavement,
    grief, and loss related issues. Caring for someone who passes away, a sudden death of a family member or friend, a terminal diagnosis or supporting someone with Dementia can have a big impact on your wellbeing.

    This surgery is for advice and support only, you have to have an appointment and there is a waiting list.  You will be able to get advice on how to tackle your landlords, leaseholder issues and when there is a serious repair issue.  We do not help with overcrowding, health grounds and minor repair issues.

    We're a group of researchers from University College London working on a study called ENHANCE. Our goal is to support older people in improving their brain health through positive lifestyle changes. In the past, we tested brain training apps at the Tower Hamlet's Carer's Centre. Now, we're focusing on lifestyle apps and would like your feedback on some videos for our study.

    We need your help to create a fun and easy-to-use mobile app that encourages positive lifestyle changes. We're looking for people over 50, and as a thank you for your time, we'll provide a £20 voucher.
