This group is for carers to learn a craft, develop a hobby, and enjoy some free time. Carers will get to have fun with other carers. This group is also a peer support group and recognises the mental health needs of carers, carers of people with a mental health issue, you can also bring the person you care for. Materials, refreshments, and fun will be supplied.

We Connect Hub

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

This weekly group enables carers feeling isolated to connect with local residents, carers will have the chance to undertake health and nutrition classes, exercise classes, advice, fun and games. We work in partnership with St Joseph’s Hospice and Tower Hamlets Public Health.

Queer Carers Group (online)

This is a safe, online forum for people who are caring for someone else due to a physical or mental illness - be that a partner, friend, sibling or parents. This first session will be hosted by Tony Collins-Moore and Tam Hart and explore the topic of knowing your rights, especially when dealing with social services or statutory care systems.
