Five ways to wellbeing

We are starting a five month partnership project with Outside Edge Theatre Company and St Margaret’s House as part of the Five Ways to Wellbeing.
Each month there will be a delivered drama workshops that help improve wellbeing and support recovery maintenance through creative engagement. So participating in our drama workshops increases self-esteem and confidence, whilst developing empathy and improving emotional regulation. All the skills practised during the workshops are transferable to a number of situations, including the search for future employment or training.
