Relaxing Reiki

Our volunteer reiki healers spend 20 minutes using their skills to make you feel relaxed, centred and feeling like you can undertake your caring role more successfully.
The Reiki takes place at the Carers Centre. You will be able to discuss what conditions you suffer from and seek their advice.
