What is Dementia? Understanding the Diagnosis.

You are warmly invited to our new programme of events for carers of people with a dementia diagnosis, delivered by the Tower Hamlets Dementia Service and hosted at The Carers Centre, Tower Hamlets.
You can join either online, or in person. email wellbeing@ccth.org.uk to book your place
Sessions will be led by Clinical Psychologists from the Robinson Centre and there will be opportunities to speak to other professionals, as well as connecting with other carers and sharing experiences, you will also find out about the Dementia Peer Support Group, have access to benefit advice and carers will get information if applicable on The Carers Needs Assessment, Lasting Power Attorney Toolkit and much more
