Kismet Café, in partnership with Carers Centre Tower Hamlets, is proud to be part of the Chatty Café scheme, offering a relaxed and carer‑friendly space where unpaid carers can take a break from both the hospital environment and their caring role.
The Chatty Café Scheme is the UK’s leading non-profit social enterprise dedicated to tackling loneliness and social isolation.
Visiting the café and connecting with our service can help you make positive changes to your lifestyle. Our emotional and practical support has been shown to significantly reduce stress and anxiety for carers when caring for loved ones who are in hospital,
There’s no need for an appointment, and all our support is completely free. Simply pop along on our designated days Mon 12 to 2pm and Wednesday 12 to 2pm
