Banqueting House Trip

The Banqueting House in Whitehall, London, is the last surviving above-ground component of the lost Palace of Whitehall. Designed by Inigo Jones and completed in 1622, it introduced Palladian architecture to England and is famous for its magnificent Peter Paul Rubens ceiling paintings and as the site of King Charles I’s execution in.
