Retreats and trips

Get a chance to get away from it all

Imagine somewhere peaceful and calm and focused on you. Going on a retreat can give you a complete break from your caring role. It can also teach you to pick up new skills and strategies to use in your daily life. Do you need encouragement to look after yourself more? Would you like to be able to manage stress better? Could you break your isolation by making new friends?

What The Carers Centre Tower Hamlets does: retreats and trips

Find out about
  • two-night retreats for carers at a beautiful retreat centre in Suffolk
  • a day meditation retreat based at the London Buddhist Centre
  • coach trips and outings to the seaside, events and Christmas markets for example.
