Art Project
Get a chance to do something empowering
Carers need time to themselves, for their own health and wellbeing. Interests and hobbies are good for everyone’s individuality and pleasure in life. Carers can find a space away from caring in art therapy. Would you like to focus more on yourself for a change? Would you like to make art, share experiences and make new friends and acquaintances?
What The Carers Centre Tower Hamlets does: art project
Art therapy workshops for carers are currently provided by Create Art in partnership with Reed Smith. You do not need any previous experience or skill in art. Just come along and enjoy yourself and feel empowered.
The details are to be announced when the dates have been finalised. Please watch this space.
