Summer Events in and around Canary Wharf

This summer Canary Wharf group is staging an exciting programme of free to visit events which include outdoor theatre, music and family events.
We wanted to highlight some of the events taking place in and around Canary Wharf which we think will be of interest to our carers.
Theatre events: These events take place between 2nd June and 7th August in a number of different locations. All performances are free to attend and non‑ticketed. No booking required; entry is on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Music events: These events take place between 12th June – 18th September in a number of different locations. All performances are free to attend, with no pre-booking required. Simply come along and bathe in the summer sounds on offer.
Family events: These events take place between 6th June – 15th August. All events are free to attend, please check individual listings to check if you need to book in advance. Where no booking is required; entry is on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Please read individual event listings for further details and recommended ages.
Mario Kart Championship: The popular lunchtime gaming sessions return this summer on the Nintendo Switch 2. Try your hand at Mario Kart World on our big screens and compete against your friends, family and colleagues to be in with a chance of being crowned King of the Karts as well as winning some top prizes.June, July and August between 12pm – 2pm. The final takes place on Thursday 20 August, 12-2pm
Mini Golf: Head to Montgomery Square for a fun-filled round on Canary Wharf’s iconic, colourful nine‑hole mini golf course. Created by artists Craig Redman and Karl Maier, this vibrant, one-of-a-kind course is perfect for a fun day out with the kids or some friendly competition with colleagues. Open daily from 12pm – 6pm between 1st May – 27 September.
Film Club: Summer Screens Film Club takes place at Canada Square Park throughout June, July, and August. See full set of listings here.
