As we approach the end of 2025 and the festive break, we know that the run up to Christmas can often feel busy and sometimes overwhelming. With a number of public holidays over the Christmas period, we are very aware that it can be confusing not knowing which services are open and when.
We have put together this useful directory of contact numbers for you to refer to, should you need them over the Christmas period. Rest assured there will be support available to you, should you need it, throughout the final weeks of December and into January.
Festive opening hours
The Carers Centre will close at 12 noon on Wednesday 24th December 2025 and we will re-open at 9.30am on the Monday 5th January 2026.
