The Carers residential retreat is always a great success. It is a wonderful opportunity for Carers to get away and switch off for a couple of days. The retreat is provided by the London Buddhist Centre and it is based at their bespoke retreat centre situated in the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
The next retreat will be the week of 10th February 2020. There will be 2 sessions with 15 places on each: Monday 10th to Wednesday 12th February and Wednesday 12th to Friday 14th February.

The residential retreats are FREE for Carers and all travel and meals are included. The food provided is vegetarian and halal.
