This weekly peer support group alternates between carers centre Tower Hamlets and Hackney Carers Centre and it is for our younger carers 16 to 25 years old. Each week the topic is different ranging from play games, music appreciation conversation, fun, and caring role related workshops. Email benjamin@ccth.org.uk
