Accessible for all abilities, you can even do your workout from your chair - No experience necessary* A weekly group to enhance your wellbeing, teaching you boxing training and mindfulness techniques aimed at carers. These sessions are designed to help you feel less stressed, more energetic, promote better sleep, improve your mood and your relationships.
The course is led by Luke Doherty, who played rugby for England and now teaches mindfulness to elite athletes including Saracens and Harlequins rugby clubs. He’s also designed programmes for carers over the past 5 years.
The one hour sessions are live streamed into your home, you’ll learn a proper warm up routine, key boxing moves, do guided meditations to relax and explore how mindfulness can help in your day to day life.
