Drop-In Carers Hospital Support – Stroke Unit/Family Room

You can now join a carers peer support group three times a month, this is for carers with loved ones from Tower Hamlets and other boroughs and relatives who are in hospital and need to be able to drop in, get advice, seek support from fellow carers and just take time for themselves in a safe environment.
