Coaching for Carers - 3 Steps to Self-Care

The workshop looks at learn how to take care of yourself better by changing the way you think about:

  • What is happening in the present moment
  • The things that upset you or bring you down
  • What you want for yourself

Being able to think more flexibly about choices and decisions, focusing your energy on what you want, what is important to you rather than what you don’t want, or feel you should do, can help you be kinder to yourself and develop your sense of meaning and purpose.
