Carers of people with a Mental Health Peer Support Group - at the Carers Centre

We are continuing with our fortnightly group at the Carers Centre for carers to come and offload about their caring roles, day to day life.  You will meet fellow carers and support each other. This group is peer led and we encourage carers to come and have their voice heard as we are here to listen and support you.
