Caring Conversations is a Monthly Psychoeducation sessions for carers and on February 12th – 11am to 12.30pm we have an online/Zoom session on Psychosis
Caring for someone with mental health challenges can feel overwhelming – but you don’t have to do it alone. Caring Conversations is a welcoming space for carers to build understanding, confidence and connection, offering practical insights, shared experiences and time for questions in a supportive environment.
What to expect
- Clear, accessible information about Psychosis
- Practical strategies you can use in everyday caring situations
- Space to ask questions and hear from other carers
- A relaxed, respectful and non-judgemental atmosphere
