Out of hours in case of emergencies during the holiday period

- For out-of-hours adult social care emergencies in Tower Hamlets, call the Emergency Duty Team (EDT) at 020 7364 4079. This number is available Monday to Friday after 5 pm, and 24 hours on weekends and bank holidays, including the Christmas period.
- Emergency social care: Call 020 7364 4079 for urgent adult social care needs outside of normal office hours.
- Hours: The line is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all bank holidays.
- Christmas period: The number is specifically mentioned as being active for emergencies during the Christmas and New Year break, including after 5 pm on Christmas Eve and through the bank holidays.
