First Aid for Carers

This one-day course is for carers to learn important life saving techniques, how to stop bleeding, how to do CPR, manage scolds and burns and apply bandages. This course has 10 places and first come served, hurry to reserve your place. For more information, please email wellbeing@ccth.org.uk
Counselling for Carers (Trainee)

We have a trainee counsellor who will offer six one-hour sessions to carers. The wellbeing team will triage our waiting list, and the counsellor will undertake the sessions to enable carers feel better equipped to manage their caring role.
