Hello Everyone

Firstly I wanted to say sorry we have not had a blog entry for a couple of weeks but I have been away sick, my Diabetes had a flare up and casused me to take some time off sick, so as I always message, look after your health, the health of your loved ones where possible make sure you exercise, eat healthy and I strongly where possible encourage you to avoid any chance of developinbg Diabetes.

So there will be some blog entries this week and unfortunately or fortunately (Depends how you are feeling) I am off on annual leave next week and there will not be any entries.

So not long now parent/carers but your children will be returning back to school, is this a good thing or a sad thing?  I do hope that all the carers had a great summer holiday with your children and loved ones.  Did you do anything out of the ordinary that you would like to send photo’s and a day in the life of parent carers story which would go down a treat on this blog, if so let me know and email tony@ccth.org.uk
