We are consulting carers on behalf of Public Health about their mental & physical wellbeing needs as a carer.  We will look at the 5 ways to wellbeing and what do carers currently tap into, your knowledge of existing services, what’s missing in Tower Hamlets and what could be done better?

We have 10 places for an in depth discussion with key messages delivered to suit carers and we value your feedback.  Each carer participant will receive a renumeration as the workshop is 90 minutes.
